Paul Clay has over 35 years’ experience representing school districts as general counsel and as litigation counsel. In his spare time, you might find Paul standing in a river fly fishing for trout. If not actually in a river, he might be at his desk tying flies or building fly rods. He also loves to spend time with his two daughters and his wife of over 30 years, who first caught his eye when they attended junior high school together.
