Practice Summary

Jon Dalley serves as general counsel for school districts. In that role, he collaborates with administrators and board members about the day-to-day operations of schools, advising them on a range of topics. Some of those topics include employee discipline, employee benefits, collective bargaining, student discipline, special education, school board obligations, and school board policies. He enjoys working with educators to find practical solutions to their problems.

Personal

Jon is married and has three children, two daughters and a son. He loves spending time with his family—doing whatever. When he isn’t working or with his family, Jon likes to run and read. And he clings to the hope that Gonzaga will win a national championship in basketball someday.
